We dove into their history and culture. Reviewed their current marketing assets and properties. Interviewed dozens of stakeholders, employees, partners and customers. Audited key competitors' messaging and positioning. And conducted several live and virtual Brand Purpose/Mission Workshops. We then stood up three working brand houses for debate and discussion.
